Orders are shipped within 10-14 business days of purchase for apparel and 3-5 Business days on accessories only orders.

RETURN POLICY

Returns must be in their original condition and packaging, unworn, and unwashed. At KoncreteKlay we strive for 100% satisfaction! Should you not be satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days to return your item(s) for store credit. We do NOT offer refunds at this time.
